Lessons are written by AI (Claude, made by Anthropic), personalized from your answers. AL is not a person, and nobody reviews your lesson before you see it. AL is AI and can make mistakes. Double-check anything important.

Lessons are for learning only. They aren't financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. AL teaches you how to use AI tools. For decisions about money, health, law, or anything else important, talk to a qualified professional.

You must be 18 or older to buy or use AL lessons.

A single lesson costs $1, paid once through Stripe. Buying a lesson never starts a subscription. Each payment unlocks one lesson. If something goes wrong generating your lesson, you can retry without being charged again.

AL+ is optional. It costs $5 per month, or $48 per year, and includes 15 lessons each month (on the yearly plan, a fresh 15 every month of the year). Unused lessons don't carry over. If you bought a $1 lesson first, that $1 is taken off your first month, so it's $4. AL+ renews automatically, every month or every year depending on your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage (handled by Stripe); you keep AL+ until the end of the month you've paid for, and every lesson you made stays yours. We email your AL+ link to you so you can use it on another device — keep it private.

If a lesson or AL+ wasn't useful, email support@learnwithal.app (or reply to your receipt) within 14 days of paying and we'll refund that payment in full. For yearly AL+, the 14 days start from each yearly payment.

An AL+ gift is a one-time payment of $15 for 3 months of AL+. You get a single-use code to pass on. The person who redeems it doesn't need a card, and it never renews on its own: after 3 months, AL+ only continues if they choose to add a card.

Each lesson includes up to 6 practice runs of its own prompts ("Try it here"), within a fixed usage limit per lesson. They're only for that lesson's task. If you ask for an email reminder about a next step, we send one email at the time you chose, to the email on your purchase. At checkout, Stripe may offer to save your card for future purchases. That's your choice; a saved card is only used when you press a button to buy something, such as AL+, and you can remove it at any time.

Your quiz answers are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to write your lesson. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. If you give Stripe your email, we send you a copy of your lesson (and, for AL+, your member link) through Resend. Your lesson library and quiz scores are saved in your own browser on this device.

Keep private details out of AI tools, including this one: never share passwords, account or card numbers, ID numbers, or medical records.

Your lesson is yours to keep and use for your own learning.
